Available: Entry level employees with training and work experience at Delaware Center for Horticulture

Each spring and fall the DCH graduates a crew of 4-5 trainees from our 13-week basic horticulture training program. All trainees in our Return To Work program are non-violent ex-offenders, selected for their potential to succeed in a horticultural career. Their 13 week training program consists of a ½ day each week of general horticultural skills training and 4 ½ days of crew work which includes various landscape maintenance projects but focuses on B&B and bare root tree plantings.
