Legislative Action & Updates

The Delaware Nursery & Landscape Association keeps abreast of proposed legislation at all levels of government that could impact Delaware's green industry. We are the voice of Delaware's green industry businesses. The DNLA is actively engaged in shaping public policies that benefit our members. We work hard to protect our member's interests by working with legislators, regulators, and consumers to help them more fully understand green industry issues.
