ABOUT DNLA
Mission & Vision
The Delaware Nursery & Landscape Association was originally known as the Delaware Association of Nurserymen. It was formed on February 23, 1973 by a group of growers, retailers, and landscape contractors. These 28 charter members were dedicated to the betterment and promotion of the green industry in the State of Delaware. Over the years, the organization's membership has expanded to include additional facets of the green industry. In 2000, members of the non-profit association voted to change the organization's name to the Delaware Nursery & Landscape Association to be more representative of its membership base. As the DNLA continues to grow, it remains focused on the goals and mission set by its founding members.
Mission Statement
To advance the common interest of its members and to promote the use, and enhance the quality, of the products and skills of the green industry.
